Meet Sammy

I’m Sammy — a Licensed Binge & Emotional Eating Coach, Personal Trainer & Mindset Mentor.
For years I looked ‘fit’ on the outside but secretly struggled with binge eating, emotional eating, and body shame. I know what it feels like to be stuck in guilt, restriction, and the all-or-nothing cycle.

Now I combine psychology, fitness, and mindfulness to help women heal their relationship with food, build strength, and feel confident in both body and mind.
